A separate live transcription project for stt.cpm-verlag.com. It opens a detachable hovering window and streams microphone or shared-tab/system audio to a backend that is scaffolded and waiting only for the provider API key.
Tonight this is a provider-ready scaffold. Tomorrow, once the API key is added, the backend can be wired from placeholder streaming to real live STT without changing the UX.
